Real Estate Packages
We offer multiple variations of packages for real estate from aerial videos and photos to video walk throughs. We understand that no two houses are the same and they each have something different to show. Our goal is to give your client the feeling that they are walking in and around their new home. Lets show them something different and give a whole new perspective on that property. All video is filmed in a 4K video format as to provide you with the highest resolution to show the beauty of that special piece of property.

What to Expect
On average it takes between 1-2 hours to film the outside and if a walk through is required that could take up to 2 hours more. We take full advantage of natural light and therefore time our filming around sunrise and sunset. To ensure that there is less traffic in the neighborhood we would ask that the project take place during the week since most people will be at work and we could film with less interruptions. Weather is always a factor and to ensure that we provide you with the best content we would work around the weather. Conditions would need to be dry and winds less than 12 mph. It is always best to have sunny skies, but we can still work under cloudy conditions. There must absolutely be no fog present at the time of filming.
Our Rates
Each property has its own features to display and requires special attention. Due to different environmental factors and desires of the client we prefer to quote each job individually. After discussing the property and deciding on what the project requires we can give you an accurate and fair quote based on your needs.
